of Florida,. do hereby declare this to be my Last Will and '

t ITEM ONE ~
I direct that my Executrix hereinafter named, pay
all my just debts and the expenses of my last illness and
funeral as soon after my death as may be practicable.
ITEM TWO
I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved sisters,

MARGIE B. KAYS, of 7b0 East 39th Street, Hialeah, Florida,
and LORETTA B. MORRISON of 2311 Green Oak Drive, Jacksonville,
Florida, the sum of $1,500.00 each.
ITEM THREE
I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife,
ALICE HUNEKE BOUDREAU, all the rest, residue and rema~.nder of
my property and estate, real, personal or mixed, wheresoever
the same may be situate.

In the event that my said wife predeceases me or

pe a common .master or she fails to survive me for
a period of more than thirty days, then and in that event only,
I give, deviss and bequeath my entire estate in the following 3
manner: I
(A) One-third to my sister, MARGIE B. KAYS,of

760 East 39th Street, Hialeah, Florida, or her heirs.
(B) One-third to my sister, LORETTA B. MORRISON,
of 3211 Green Oak Drive, Jacksonville, Florida, or her heirs.
(C) One-third to my sister-in-law, MARY SUE FARRIS, I'
of St. Lucie Blvd., Stuart, Florida, or her heirs.

I hereby constitute my wife, ALICE HUNEKE BOUDREAU,
to be the Executrix of this, my last will and testament, and I
