ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant snd agree

21. Future Advances. Upon roquest by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of thb Mortgage, may make Futuro Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
interost thereon. shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said
notes aro secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtednea secured by this Mort-
gage, not including sums advanced. in accocdancs herowith to protect the security of this Mortgage, exceed
