TARPON BAY, INC., a Florida corporation, I WII1.?1~M H. MEYIIt, JR., M.D. AND MI(HAEi, J. Q06TEI~TA, M.D., Grantor, and P.A., a Florida Professional Service Oozporation , whose address is 2215 Nebraska Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450 , Grantee. W I T N E S S E T H: That Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100th Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by Grantee the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to Grantee, its successors, heirs, legal representatives and assigns forever, - the following described real property situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida. UNIT 205 of TARPON BAY YACHT CLUB CONDOMINIUM H, according to the DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM dated Mav 9, 1980 and recorded in Official Record Book 332 page 133 Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; together with the undivided share of the COMMON ELEMENTS of the Condominium declared in the Declaration to be appurtenant thereto; together with all appurtenances thereto, including, without limitation, the right of exclusive use of those areas, spaces and portions of COMMON ELEMENTS of the Condominium, declared in the Declaration of Condominium to be LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS of the Unit.* ' To have and to hold the same in fee simple forever.
