ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff's Motion for

Default is hereby granted such that the Defendants, ALLEN R. HARVEY
and DOROTHY J. HARVEY, his wife, shall have ten (10) days from the
date of the filing of this order within which to file a responsive
pleading to the Plaintiff's Third Amended Complaint, otherwise,
