WITNESSETH:
The Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN ~ ~
DOLLARS (610.00) and other good and valuable considerations to the
said Grantor in hand paid by said Grantee(s), the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, and sold to the said
Grantee(s), his heirs and assigns forever, the following described
land, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
LOT # 104 of TARPON BAY YILLAS, in accordance
with tt a at thereof on file in the Office of the ~
Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie
County, Florida, in Plat Book 20, page 15.
This conveyance is subject to, and by accepting this Deed,
the Grantee(s) does hereby agree to assume, the following:
1. Real Estate taxes for the Current year and subsequent
years.
2. Reservations, rights-of-way, covenants, conditions,
limitations, restrictions and easements of record.
3. Amended Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions and
Easements of Tarpon Bay Villas, recorded i'n Official
Record Book ~~t at page thrug96 Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
4. Existing zoning ordinances, if any.
Grantor hereby fully warrants title to said land, and will
defend same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
