First Party in and to the following described real property

East, St. Lucie County, Florida, and more particularly
described in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof as if fully set out herein. The conveyance
of 296 of the aforesaid property including the conveyance ~
heretofore made vests title in the Second Party a total
percentage of 12% of the undivided 5096 interest originally
