W. J. BUTI.ffit, whose last known address-was 1312 N. 13th Street, Fort Pierce,
Florida 33450, and whose age was 7~+ years and whose social security number is
263-07-6441 died on April 9, 1980 at Fort Fierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, and
at the time of death decedent .was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
