the premises, it is therefore ordered and adjudged as follows: }
1. That Plaintiff(s) LILLIAN M. BANKE
is/are due SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS ($6,000.00) as Principal and
$453.00 as interest to date of
this Judgment from Defendants, POINTE SOUTH BUILDERS, INC., and
RICHARD MILLER.
2. That Defendant, RICHARD MILLER, willfully and maliciously,
with criminal intent, did convert said principal sum from
Plaintiff (s) and- caused willful and malicious injury to them and
to their property..
3. That Plaintiff be awarded costs in the sum of $51.00
and let execution issue for the total of said Judgment, including
interest and costs.
