THIS BALLOON MORTGAGE DEED executed this ~~day of June, 1980
by ELOISE NOBLE CHANEY, MARY WATTS, and EDDIE SCOTT, each as to
an undivided one-third interest, hereinafter called the Mortgagor,
to ROBERT W. HENDRIX and BEIvfi1IE C. HENDRIX,HIS WIFE, hereinafter
called the Mortgagee.
WITNESSETH, that for good and valuable considerations, and also
in consideration of -the aggregate sum named in the Wraparound Balloon
jMortgage Note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the
' Mortgagor hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, conveys,
