Personally appeared before me, the undersigned authority,
on this date, Elizabeth L.A. Rick, who first having been duly
sworn, deposes and says:
She is the surviving wife of Authur Rick, Jr., who died
in Dade County, Florida, on April 5,.1979 ; that she and
the said Authur Rick, Jr. were married_to each other prior to
April 22, 1971, the date on which they acquired title to the
following described real property, situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to wit:
Lots 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 14 and 15 in Block b45
and Lots 10 and 13 in Block 596 and Lot 34 in Block
605 of Port St. Lucie Section 13, A Subdivision
according to the Plat 'thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 13, Page 4 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
and that she and the said Authur Rick~Jr, remained contimwusly
married to each other without interruption of divorce until the
death of Authur Rick Jr, on April S, 1979.
