Personally appeared before me, the undersigned authority,
on this day, ELIZABETH L.A. RICK, who first having been duly
swrn, deposes and says:
- She is the surviving wife of ARTHUR L. RICK, JR. who
died in Dade County, Florida on April 5, 1979: that at the
tine of his death, the said ARTHUR L. RICK, JR. was resident of
Dade County, Florida; that affiant is the fee owner of the
folloy ing described real property, to wit:
Lots 10 and 13 in Block 596 of Port St. Lucie
Section 13, A SUBDIVISION according to the Plat
therefore, recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 4 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
which she had contracted to sell to GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, ~
a Florida Corporation for the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($8,000) that the price to be paid for the property
represents its fair market value and no consideration other
than the amount of the sales price entered into their execution of
the contract.
