FINAL JUDGMENT

THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the day
of June, 1980, and the Court having given full consideration to
all the. evidence, finds and determines: This Court has juris-
diction of the parties and subject matter of this .suit; that the
relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; snd
that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ALVA
DENTON ORR, JR., Husband, and BETTY FRANCES ORR, Wife, be and the
same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are

E hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing

between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. AGREEMENT. The Separation Agreement executed by the
parties and admitted into evidence was freely entered into by the
parties after a full disclosure and is for the best interests of
the parties and their children. The Agreement is hereby incorporated
herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the
provisions thereof.
3. CUSTODY AND VISITATION. As provided in the Separation
Agreement executed by the parties and admitted into evidence, the
