THIS CAUSE, having come on for t ~ y
of June, 1980, and the Court having given full consideration to ~
all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jt•risdic-
tion of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the i
relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and
that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
VINCENT LOUIS MAZZARELLA, Husband and MARIANE CAMMARATO MAZZARELLA,
Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each
of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony here-
tofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. AGREEMENT. The Separation Agreement and the Amendment
To The Separation Agreement executed by the parties and admitted i
into evidence was freely entered into by the parties after a full
disclosure and is for the best interests of the parties. The
Agreement and the Amendment to the Agreement are hereby incorporated
herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the

3. NAME. The Wife shall reassume her maiden name of ~

CAMMARATO and shall hereinafter be known as MARIANE CAMMARATO. .
