AFFIDAVIT
IN RE: Lot 2, Block E, MARAVILLA TERRACE, as per plat there-
of recorded in Plat Book 5, page 50 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, plus the East 7.5 feet of the
vacated alley adjacent on the West.

Before me, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared SHIRLEY SUTPHIN, who after first being duly sworn,
did depose and say:
1. That she has personal knowledge of the facts stated
herein.
2. That she was well acquainted and was the sister of
Wesley Wolcott who died in 1970.-
3. That she knows of her own personal knowledge that
Wesley Wolcott died intestate on or about the i~ day of
~o~-.n-c~-J 1970.
4. That Wesley Wolcott, at the time of his death, left
as .heirs his wife, Sarah Wolcott and the following children
with the dates of their births set opposite.
