under the mortgage or note referred to above.
. 4. Except as specifically designated herein, nothing here s:~all
constitute a change or amendment to the aforementioned promissory note and
mortgage, the provisions of which are specifically reaffirmed by the new .
obligor(s).
5. This Agreement is binding upon. the heirs, personal represents-
tives, successors and assigns of the parties.
6. The Owner(s) shall be bound to the Association to the same ex-
tent and in the same manner as if the Owner(s) were Mortgagor(s) under said -
mortgage and the maker(s) of all promissory notes secured thereby.

7. The Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s) '
• is satisfactory and that the above stated new interest rate payable on the
sums secured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association
hereby consents to-the sale, transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgaged
property to the Owner(s).
