MEMORANDUM OF OPTION AGREEMENT
The undersigned, on June , 1980, gave SUN BANK OF
ST. LUCIE COUNTY, an Option to purchase the following des-
cribed lands in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lots 1 through 12, Block 1, of ELMER ROBB'S unrecorded
plat of TOTTEN'S SUBDIVISION of the SW I/4 of the SW 1/4
• of Section 17, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, more
particularly described as follows: :
Frpm the SW corner of Section 17, Township 35 South
Range 40 East, run North along the West line of said
Section 17, a distance of 49.5 feet, thence run East
parallel with the South line of said Section 17, a dis-
tance of 25 feet to the point of beginning; thence con-
tinue East a distance of 276.9 feet; thence to the North
with a back angle of 87 deg. 54 min. a distance of 389.2
feet to the South side of State Road #8 (now State Road
#70); thence run Southwesterly along the~South right of
way line of State. Road #70 ( formerly State Road #8 to
a point 25 feet East of the West line of said Section
_ 17, thence run South 208.9 feet, more or less, to the
Point of Beginning.
SUBJECT TO a life estate held by ANNA RRAMER in a por-
tion of the above described lands, viz:
A portion of Lots 1 and 12 of the unrecorded Plat of
TOTTEN'S SUBDIVISION, described as follows:
From the SE corner of Lot 1, run West along the South
line of said Lot 1, 70 feet to the Point of Beginning;
thence with a back angle of 92 deg. 06~min. run North 38
_ feet.; thence with a back angle of 92 deg. 06 min. run
West 90 feet; thence with a back angle of 87 deg. 54
I'~~ min. run South 38 feet; thence East along the South line
j of said Lots 1 and 2, 90 feet to the Point of Beginning.

TOGETHER with the right of ingress and egress over the
E South twenty-five (25) feet of said Lot 12.
Said Option shall expire at 2:00 p.m. on June ~J~, 1981
~ but may be extended for an additional period of one hundred

eighty (180) days upon payment of additional option money as
provided in the Option Agreement. The Option further pro-
~ vides that the closing of the transaction shall be held on
the 60th day after exercise of the Option.
