ORDER APPOINTING GUARDIAN UPON
PETITION FOR VOLUNTARY GUARDIANSHIP
The petition of MARIE BALLING for the appointment of a guardian
of her property coming on this day to be heard; and it appearing to
the Court that said person -is incapable of the care, custody, and
management of her estate by reason of physical infirmity and that
it is necessary for a guardian to be appointed; and the court having
jurisdiction and being fully advised; it is
ADJUDGED that NANCY MAXWELL is hereby appointed as guardian
of the property of MARIE BALLING, a physically incapacitated person.
ADJUDGED FURTHER, that NANCY MAXWELL required to give bond
in the amount of ~ Dollars payable
to the Governor of the State of Florida and to his successors in
office, conditioned on the faithful performance of all duties by
the guardian, according to IaW.
