The decedent, ROBERT B. COLLAGAN, a resident of Baltimore, Maryland, ~ ~g i~ died on May 19, 1977, and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner on February 9, 1979. , 2. Heretofore filed herein are Waivers of Final Accounting and Waivers of any notice of hearing of discharge of Personal Representative. ~ 3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making payment settlement, or other disposition of all claims and debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the payment of all taxes and expenses z of administration. 4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be paid to the personal representatives, attorneys, accountants, appraisers or other agents employed by the personal representative is set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. S. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns with the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida and has obtained and filed with this court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligation for Florida estate taxes if any. Federal estate tax returns have been f sled with the Internal Revenue Service by the domicillary Personal Representative as of this date. No tax closing letter has beenissued by the Internal Revenue Service. 6. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution of the assets of -this estate as set forth in the schedule of distribution attached hereto as Exhibit "B". ~ 7. The only persons, other than Petitioner, having an interest in this proceeding and their respective addresses are: MICHAEL C.
