All of the assets of- the estate as shown on the inventory filed herein

have been reduced to cash in the amount of $9,579.42 which sum represents
the net proceeds in connection with the sale of the condominium and furnishings
located therein which constitutes all assets ~f the estate.

The net cash of the estate has been distributed to EDWARD HASKELL COLLAGAN, JR.
as Personal Representative of the domiciliary estate.
