County, Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this my
last will and testament, hereby revoking and rendering void any
and all wills and codicils by ms at any time heretofore made. ~
FIRST: I direct that my psraonal representative, herein-

all expenses of my last illness and funeral, as soon may bs done

whether the same be real or personal, I devise to my beloved two j
brothers and aiater, namely, John Waldrsn Masterson of 3993 Bd-
warda ave., gnhnan:bdi~ Ohio, Patrick F. Maateraon of 1306 Bonnie- !
view Ave., Lakewood, Ohio, and Mildred Maateraon of p-10 Manor
Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, they to have in equal shares, share
and share alike, and I direct that the same be theirs absolutely
and in fee simple. Should any of them pradecsaae me, then that
share shall remain in the residue to be shared by the survivors
named therein.

FOURTH: I name, constitute and appoint my aforementioned
aiater, Mildred Maateraon of Fort pierce, Florida, as personal
representative of this, my last will and testament, and direct

of which I die possessed, whether. real or psraonal, without
order of Court.
