This cause having come on before this court on May 30, .
1980 on the Wife's Motion for Order of Contempt and the court

having heard the testimony of both parties and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband, ROBIN NOTTINGHAM,
is not in willful contempt 'of this court for violation of the
restraining order entered by this court on September 20, 1979,
and it is further ordered that the Wife,_JEAN NOTTINGHAM WALLACE,
contact the authorities at the Southern-Bell Telephone Company
in order to determine the origin of the persistent early morning
phone calls which she testified to before this court.
