ORDER
This cause having come before me upon the Motion of the
Owner of Parcel 105, SWAIN GROVES, INC., for the disbursement
of the deposit of $114,350.00 to the said defendant, and it
appearing that said defendant is the owner in fee simple of
- said parcel subject only to the lien and operation of wort-
gages held by Farmers Production Credit Association and The
Federal Land Bank of Columbia, which liens have been released
by said mortgage holders; and it further appearing that there

are no other interests adversely affecting the taking and that

j the real property taxes on the parcel have-been paid in full,
and the Court being fully advised in-the premises, it is
thereupon
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk disburse from the

funds deposited by the Plaintiff with respect to Parcel 105,
the sum of $114,35.0.00 to the Defendant, SWAIN GROVES, INC.
