ORDER
This cause having come before me upon the Motion of the
Owners of Parcel 109, RICHARD D. ROBINSON and DENISE ROBINSON,
for the disbursement of the deposit of $70,995.00 to the saki
defendants, and it appearing that said defendants are the
owners in fee simple of said parcel subject only to the lien
and operation of a mortgage held by The Federal Land Bank of
Columbia, which lien has been released by said mortgage holder;
and it further appearing that there are no other interests ad-
versely affecting the taking and that the real property taxes
on the parcel have been paid in full, and the Court being
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk disburse from the
funds deposited by the Plaintiff with respect to Parcel 109,
the sum of $70,995.00 to the Defendants, RICHARD D. ROBINSON
and DENISE ROBINSON.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, Florida,
this ay of June, 1980.
