O R D E R
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court upon the Wife's
Motion and Notice of Hearing, the Court having heard the evidence
and ar;ument of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Husband, ROBERT H. ORR, is in willful con-
tempt of this Court for violation of the terms of the Final Judgment
Dissolution of Marriage of April 7, 1980 by his failure to pay child
support as ordered therein. That the Husband is given credit for
$300.00 paid directly to the Wife and that this Court finds, as a
matter of fact, that the Husband is in arrears in child support pay-
ments in the amount of $200.00 and that the Husband had the. ability
to pay said sum. However, the Husband shall have thirty (30) days
~ from the date of this Order to purge himself of this arrearage and,
in the event that the Husband fails to make regular child support
payments or fails to purge himself, he sha12 appear before this Court
and show cause why he should not be held in contempt of this Court
~ and sentenced to thirt
y (30) days in the County Jail.
2. That the Husband, ROBERT H. ORR, is hereby ordered to
pay a reasonable attorney's .fee in the amount of $100.00 to ROGER G.
ORR, Attorney for the Wife, for his services in behalf of the Wife.
