32960. Owner may change hi s ad~fress. by ap.propri ate written
notice to Operator, and Operator may change its address. by
appropriate written notice to the Owner.
E. Each party agrees to perform any further acts and
execute and deliver any documents which maybe reasonably
necessary to carry out the provisions of this agreement.
F. This agreement may not be changed, altered or
terminated, in whole or in part, except-~by an instrument in
writing signed by Operator and the Owner.
G. Should this agreement terminate by lapse of time or
otherwise without all persons then owning groves in the Grove
having entered into new management and operating agreements,
then the portions of this agreement dealing with the functions
of the .Operator in the operation of the Grove for the production
of citrus fruit on the property owned by the Owner shall termi-
nate, but the provisions of this agreement pertaining to the
Common Property, including the maintenance of the Common
Property for the common benefit of all of the Owners of each ~ .
part of the Grove shall continue and the authority of the
Operator shall continue as it relates to the Common Property
and water control until the owners of groves in the Grove

establish a -legal entity by law or agreement which shall have
~ the authority to hold title to and maintain. the Common Property

~ and perform the water control .functions of the Operator.
H. The rights of the Owner in the Grove shall be
individual and not joint or collective.
I. The Owner shall be responsible for his obligations
as set out herein and shall be liable only for his proportionate
share of the cost of operating the Grove. It is expressly
agreed that it is not the purpose or intention of this agree-

` any citrus and/or marketing partnership, commercial partnership
or other partnership relation, or joint venture relation, and
