the Grove; and (iii) to impose covenants and restrictions~on
the ownership and conveyance of his land.
E. In the interest of economy and efficiency, the Owner
desires, through his agreement with Operator, to produce citrus
fruit on his Grove, it being the intent that his Grove shall be
maintained with citrus trees of good quality and its yield

capacity stimulated by means of an overall citrus program in
good cultural practices carried on at all times for his benefit..
F. In consideration of the mutual covenants and agree-
ments herein contained, Owner engages and employs the Operator
to arrange for, supervise and manage the operation, husbandry
and production of citrus fruit on his grove in accordance with
the terms and provisions of this agreement.
1. This agreement shall be effective as of
November 3, 1979, and shall continue in full force and effect
for fifteen (15) years, and from year to year thereafter unless
terminated as hereinafter provided.
2. Operator shall have full direction, management,
supervision and control of the Grove and the Common Property.
It shall conduct and manage operation of the Owner's grove for
the production of citrus fruit for his benefit. In connection
herewith, Operator will arrange for water control of the Grove
and the maintenance of the Common Property, dikes, ditches,
pumps, power units, control gates, culverts, canals, roads and
! the like. Such of the foregoing as have been constructed or '

to the terms of the dedication.
3. The Operator Nill, to the best of its ability,
and in accordance with the standards of the citrus industry,
arrange for: (a) the employment of all labor required to t
operate the Owner's grove and the Common Prooerty in an
