b. STATE FARM FIRE & CASUALTY CO. insured the Defendant,
BOWEN WATER CONDITIONING SERVICE, against liability, and by. virtue
thereof, at the moment of the occurrance of the explosion, the in-
surance policy inured to the benefit of the Plaintiffs as third party
beneficiaries. {
