(3) OTHER PROVISIONS:
Discovery is left open until seven (7) days prior to the trial,
and the Witness Lists and Documentary Evidence Lists can be amended no
later than seven (7) days prior to trial.
(4) EXPERT WITNESSES:
' May be called out of turn by any party.
(5) WITNESSES;
Only those witnesses listed at the Pre-Trial Conference and
names filed with the Clerk will be permitted to testify, except the
parties, themselves. Any party may call any witness listed by any other
party.
(6) PEREMPTORY CHALLENGES:
Plaintiffs shall have eight (8) peremptory challenges. Each
Defendant shall have two (2) peremptory challeges.
(7) JURY INSTRUCTIONS:
Proposed jury instructions,~on a separate sheet for each charge,
shall be submitted to the Court at the beginning of the trial, with
copies to attorneys. Additional jury instructions shall be submitted
no later than at the conclusion. of the testimony.
(8) EXERCISE OF CHALLENGE:
Outside the hearing of the jury in a manner selected by the
Court. Rule 1.431 (e).
