- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all motions pending, including
_ but not limited to, the Defendant's Motions to strike certain damage
allegations, and objections to Video Tape Depositions, if needed,
shall be heard 9:00 A.M. on Monday, June 30, 1980. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all counsel-must supply to each
other counse ho a medical records and other documentary evidence
which they hav not seen, and which should be supplied
