PLASTIC INDUSTRIES, INC., according to Mr. Redfern, 'makes no attempt to limit its business anywhere in the State of _ Florida, and works through commission representatives similar to Mr. Hughes in other states such as North Carolina, New York and Calif- ornia. (See deposition of Redfern pg.88-91, 100) Based on all of these facts, the Court is of the opinion that there is now sufficient minimum contacts in the record, to warrant jurisdiction over the Defendant, PLASTIC INDUSTRIES, INC., in the State of Florida.
