The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges
that this conveyance is subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium
_ described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees
to be bound by all of said provisioner the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and equitabler the Grantee hereby impresses j.
alien upon the land and real property described above, as security-for his obligations ?
as described in said Declaration of Condominius and its exhibitsr and the Grantee
