JAMES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee and Individually, holder of the
mortgage executed by SAND OOLIAR VILLAS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a ~
Florida corporation, to JAMES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee, dated December
28, 1978, and recorded in Official Records Book 300, page 2112, Public

ation to him paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on ~

as recorded in Official Records Book 332, pages X133 through
1200, and as amended in Official Records Book 332, pages 1432
through 1435, all in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
