Florida corporation, to JAMES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee, dated December s
28, 1978, and recorded in Official Records Book 300, page 2112, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consider-. 1
ation to him paid ceipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on

1200, and as amended in Official Records.Book 332, pages 1432
