AC1Q~lOWLEDGNSNT AND RATIFICATION BY GRANTEE
The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges {
that this conveyance is subject to thQ provisions of the Declaration of Condominium
- described above, including the provisions of all of~its exhibits. The Grantee agrees
to be bound by all of said provisionst the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all i
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and equitables the Grantee hereby impresses
a lien upon the land and real property described above, as security for his obligations
as described in said Declaration of Cond~ouir?ium and its exhibitst and the Grantee ,
acknowledges and agrees that said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits and
the purchase agreement executed by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the•warranties,~
representations and inducements concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land ~
and-real property described above.
