The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges
that this conveyance is subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium
- described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. Tfie Grantee agrees
to be bound by all of said provisions] the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and equitablet the Grantee hereby impresses
alien upon the land and real property described above, as security for his obligations ~
as described in said Declaration of Dondominiua and its exhibits] and the Grantee
acknowledges and agrees that said Declasation of Condaafnium and its exhibits and ~
the purchase agreement executed by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties,
representations and inducements conoerninq the purchase_by the Grantee of the land
and real property described above.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantees have hereunto set their hands and seals this
day of June , 1980.
