The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed~acknowledges
that this conveyance is subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condowinius ~
_ described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees
to be bound by all of said provisianst the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and equitable the Grantee hereby impresses
a lien upon the land and real property described above, as security for his obligations
as described in said Declaration of O~ndoefniur and its exhibits] and the Grantee
acknowledges and agrees that said Declaration of Condominiums and its exhibits and
the purchase agreeaent executed by the Grantor and Grantee contain ail of the warranties,
representations and inducements ooncerninq the purchase by the Grantee of the land' s
and real property described above. ~
