along South right-of-way line of (}ulfatream Avenue 55.48 feet
to a point; thence on a deflection angle turned to the left of
45°, run Southwesterly 36.04 feet to the Point of Beginning which
is the center line of party wall; thence continue Southwesterly
33 feet more or less along center line of party wall tooa point;
thence turn and run Southeasterly on a back angle of 90 turned '
to the left along center line of party wall 16.3,3 feet thence turn ~
and run Southwesterly on a hack angle of 90oturned to the right ~
.33 feet to exterior surface of wall; thence turn end run South- i
easterly on a back angle of 90° turned to the left along exterior
surface of wall 16.66 feet to a point; thence turn and run North-
easterly on a back angle of 90° turned to the left along exterior
surface of wall and fence 33.4 feet to a point; thence turn and
run on a back angle of 90° turned to the left a distance of 33
feet more or less along exterior surface of fence and wall to the ~
