Commencing at a concrete monument at the Northsast~corner of Block
10, Ocean Viev Subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Piat Book
6, Pags 61, public records of St. Lucie County, I!`lorida, runt 3outh-

deflection angle of 1304301 turned to the right, run Northrrssterly
along said Range Line 63.3 feet to a point on the exterior surfac•
of fence which is the Point of Beginning; thence continue Northrsst-
erly along Range Lime through center line of fence and party wall a
distance of 50 feet more or leas to • point on exterior surfac• of
wall; turn thence and run Southwesterly on a back angle of 90° turned
to the left 33 feet more or less along exterior surfac• of wall to a
point at the end of said wall= turn thence end run Southeasterly
on a back angle of 90° turned to the left a distance of 17 feet

party wall; turn thence and run 16.33 feet more or leas Northeasterly
on a back angle turned to the left of 90° along center line of party

point; turn thence and run Northeasterly on a back angle of 90° turned
