Commencing st a concrete monument at the Northeast corner of Block
10, Ocean View Subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
6, Pegs 61, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, run South-
, easterly 194.92 feet along the west right-of-way line of Granada
. Street to a point on the Range Lins or reference line set forth
on survey of Y.J. Schoepfsr, R.L.S. dated May 1980. Then on a
deflection angle of 48°-06'-07" turned to the right, run South-
westerly along said Range Line 65.15 feet to a point on the exterior
surface of fence; thence turn and run Southeasterly on • back angle
of 90o turned to the left along exterior surface of fence 16.66 feet
more or less to the Point of Beginning. From acid Point of Bsginu-
ing continue Southeasterly along exterior surfaces of building wall
end fence 33 feet more or leas to • point on the exterior corner
of fence; turn thence and run Southwesterly on • back angle of 90°
turned to the right along exterior surfaces of fence and building-
wall 33.33 feet more or less to a point at the end of said wall;
turn thence and run~Northwesterly on a back angle of 90° turned to
