Commencing at a concrete monument at the Northeast corner of Block
10, Ocean Visw Subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Hook
6, Pag• 61, public records of St. Luci• County. Florida, run South-
eaatsrly 194.92 feet along the Vest right-of-xay line of Granada
Street to a point on the Range Line or reference line set forth on
survey of V.J. Schoepfer R.L.S.-dated May 7, 1980. Then on a
deflection angle of 48°-06~-07" turned to the right, run South-
xssterly along said Range Line 65.15 feet to a point on the eztsrior
surface of fence which is the Point of Beginning; thence continue
Southwesterly alor~ Range Line through center line of fence and
party wall a distance of 50 feet more or less to a point on
