deflection angle of 48006'07" turned to the right, run southwester-_ j
ly along said Range Lins 65.15 fsst.to a point on the exterior
surface of fence which is the Point of Bsgi.nning; thence continue
Southwesterly along Range Lins through center line of fence and ~
party wall a di~tancs of 50 feet more or leas to a point on exter-
ior surface wall; turn thence and run Northwesterly on • back
angle of 900 turned to the right 33 feet more or less along
exterior surface of wall to a point at the end of said wall; turn
thence•and run Northeasterly on a back angle of 900 turned to the
right, a distance of f7 feet more or leas along exterior surface
of wall to the center line of party wall; turn thence and run
'16.33 feet more or less Southeasterly on a back angle turned to
the right of 900 along center line of party wall to a point at the
center line of Northeast/Southwest party wall; turn thence and run
