Street to a point on the Range Line or reference line set forth on ~
survey of W.J. Schospfer, R.L.S. dated May 7, 1980. Then on a
deflection angle of 48°-061-07" turned to .the right. run South-
westerly along said Range Line 65.15 feet to a point on the exterior

surface of fence; thence turn and run Northwesterly on a back angle
of 90° turned to the right along exterior surface of fence 16.66 feet ~
more or less to the Point of Beginning. From said Point of Heginn-
ing continue Northwesterly aloes exterior surfaces of building well
and fence 33 feet more or less to a point on the exterior corner of
fence; turn thence and run Southwesterly on a back angle of 900
turned to the left along exterior surfaces of fence and building
wall 33.33 feet more or less to a point. at the end of said wall;
turn thence and run Southeasterly on a back angle of 90° turned to
the left along exterior surface of building wall 16.67 feet to a
point; turn thence and run Northeasterly on a back angle of 900
turned to the left a distance of 0.33 feet more or leas to center
