or directed to the said owner at the last address actual~~furnished to the Mortgage, or if none directed to sai~
owner at said mortgaged premises, and ensiled by the United States mails, postage prepaid, s~all be sufficient
notice and demand in any case arising under this instrument and required by the provuuons hereof or by Lw.
16. If tl~e indebtedness secured hereby be guaranteed or insured under Title 38 United States Code, such
't'itle and Regulations issued !hereunder and in effect on the date Hereof shall govern the rights, duties and
liabilities of tine parties hereto, and and provisions of this or otl?er instruments-executed in connection witl~
said indebtedness wliicl~ are inconsistent w~tl~ said Title or Regulations are l~ereb~ siuended to confonn thereto.
The covenants herein contained shall bind, and the bane&ts and advantages shall inure to, the respective
heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns of the parties hereto. Whenever used the singular
number shall include the plural, the plural the singutar snd the use of any gender shall include al~ genders and -
the term "Mortgagee" shall include any payee of the indebtedness Isereby secured or any transferee thereof
whether by operat?oa of law or otherwise.
