AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
On this day before me, the undersigned, personally appeared
ANDREW COUTANT, who, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he is a practicing attorney. in the City of Stuart,
in Martin County, Florida.
2. That he is well acquainted with JAMES F. BAILEY, fee owner
of the following described real property in the county of St.
Lucie, state of Florida:
Lot 28, Block 57, INDIAN RIVER ESTATES UNIT 8,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 10, Page 73 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
3. That he has personal knowledge that JAMES F. BAILEY has _
resided in Miami, Florida for the past two and one-h41f rears, ~
and that the said JAMES F. BAILEY has never resided at Rcajze 4, -
Box 60, Fort Pierce, Florida. '
4. That the aforesaid JAMES F. BAILEY is not the same as that
JAMES BAILEY cited in that certain judgment filed of record by
BAIRD'S CAR RENTAL, dated June 30, 1977 and filed of record
September 7, 1977 in Official Records Book 273, Page 2567 of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Further, Affiant sayeth naught.
