This is a corrective mortgage designed to correct the erroneous omission of the Balloon
Payment Statement which was omitted in that certain mortgage dated May 2, 1980 and recorded
in O, R. Book 331, page 10, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and upon
which intangible tax has been paid as evidenced by receipt No. 546549 and also a corrective
mortgage recorded in O.R. Book 332, page 74, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.

Borrower covenants that Borrower is lawfully seized of the estate hereby conveyed and has the right to mortgage, grant and
convey the Property, that the Property is unencumbered, and that Borrower will warrant and defend generally the title to the
Property against all claims and demands, subject to any declarations, easements or restrictions listed in.a schedule of
exceptions to coverage in any title insurance policy insuring Lender's interest in the Property.
