• MORTGAGE and SECURITY AGREEMENT
THIS MORTGAGE, executed this 9th day of June, 1980
_ by BARTLETT M. HACKLEY .(SR.), a/k/a Bart M. Hackley, and
ANNETTE LANDAU, as Trustees for BART HACKLEY ACCOUNTANCY
CORPORATION EMPLOYEE'S PENSION TRUST, and Bart M. Hackley (Sr.),
individually and as Trustee; and AUDREY T. HACRLEY, his wife;
whose mailing address is 16133 Ventura Boulevard, Encino, ,
CA 91436; hereinafter called the mortgagor, which term as
used in every instance shall include the mortgagor's successors, !
legal representatives and assigns, either voluntary by act
of the mortgagor or involuntary by operation of law, and
shall denote the singular and/or plural, and the masculine
and/or feminine, and natural and/or artificial persons, whenever
and wherever the context so requires or admits, party of
the first part; and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
OF FORT PIERCE, a corporation organized and existing under
the laws of the United States of America, whose address is
100 South Second Street, (P. O. Box 249), Fort Pierce, FL
33450, herein called the Association, which term as used

That for divers good and valuable consideration, and
+ in consideration of the aggregate sum of money named in the
- promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter described,
-the mortgagor does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release,
convey and confirm unto the Association, in fee simple, the
following described real estate, of which the mortgagor is
know seized and possessed and in actual possession, situate
din the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to wit:
~ All of Tract B and all of Tract C except the West
- 169.38 feet thereof, COASTAL COVE SUBDIVISION, Unit-
No. 1, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 10, page 71, public records of St. Lucie County, -

THIS IS A FIRST MORTGAGE as to Tract B and the Easterly
150 feet of Tract C as measured along the North and
South lines thereof , AND IS A SECOND MORTGAGE as to
+ the remainder of Tract C less the West 169.38 feet,
~ -being junior and inferior only to that certain mortgage
~ ~ made by Bartlett M. Hackley (Sr.) to Loretta Stafford
et al dated May 17, 1979 in the original amount of
- - $132,500, recorded in O.R. Book 309, page 306, public ~
~ = records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

f TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and
singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereof,
including all fixtures and articles of personal property
~ now or at any time hereafter attached to or used in any way
in connection with the use, operation and occupation of the
above described real 'estate, and any and all buildings and
improvements now or hereafter erected thereon; such fixtures
k and articles of personal property including, but without
being limited to, all screens, awnings, storm windows and
doors, window shades, inlaid floor coverings, shrubbery,
plants, stoves, ranges, refrigerators, boilers, tanks, furnaces,
radiators, and all heating, lighting, cooking, plumbing,
gas, electric, ventilating, refrigerating, irrigating power,
air-conditioning and incinerating equipment, systems, machines
and appliances of whatsoever kind and nature, all of which
fixtures and articles of personal property are hereby declared
~ and shall be deemed to be fixtures and accessory to the freehold
