The Petition of JOSEPH J. DeROSS, JR. alleges: ~
1. CAROLYN L. ALSOP, late of Ocean County, New Jersey,
died on June 3, 1975, leaving a Last Will and Testament dated
February 9, 1973, which was duly proved and admitted to probate
and recorded in the Ocean County Surrogate's Court of Ocean _
County, State of New Jersey, a Court of probate jurisdiction,
on July 10, 1975. •
• 2. That the Will complies with the laws of Florida as to
form and manner of execution and devising real property in this
county. _
3. Duly authenticated copies of the Last Will and Testa-

I'i ment, the Petition for Probate and the Order Admitting .the Will
i to Probate and the part of the domiciliary record that shows the
names of the devisees under the Will are filed with this Petition.

WHEREFORE, the Petitioner asks for an Order admitting the
i
probated foreign Will to_•record in this Court.
