Court, in the Township of Lakewood, County of Ocean and State
of New Jersey., being aware of the certainty of death and the
uncertainty of the time thereof, do hereby make, publish and
declare this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, in
manner and form following•
F~~ I hereby revoke and annul any and all Wills,
Testaments or Codicils made by me at any time heretofore
„~4N~.• I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses

be paid as soon after my death as may be done conveniently
B~ All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
whether the same be real,- personal or mixed, and wheresoever s
situate, I give, bequeath and devise to my son, $QB~~J~
,~$Q~ presently residing at. 9703 Horace Harding Expressway,
Corona, New York; PROVIDED. HOWEVER.~should he predecease me
or not survive me for a period of thirty 13.0.E days after the
date of my death, t'Zen I give, bequeath and devise said residue,

and the children of the marriage of my son, ROBERT J.__ALSQP~

or adopted, or to the survivors of them
FOUSTI3i Should any beneficiary who becomes entitled to
a share in my residuary estate be under the age of twenty-five
