OF WILL TO RECORD
The instrument presented to this Court as an authenticated
copy of the Last Will and Testament of CAROLYN L. ALSOP, Deceased,
having been duly admitted to probate and record in the Ocean
County Surrogate's Court of Ocean County, New Jersey, a Court of .
probate jurisdiction; and the Court finding that the Will of the
decedent complies with the laws of Florida as to form and execu-
tion, and that it devises real property located in this County,
owned by the decedent at the time of her death; said property
described as: -
Lot 10, Block 152, LAKEWOOD PARK, UNIT #11,
according to the Plat thereof on file in
Plat-Book ll, page 32, 32A through 32 D, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
and the Court finding that a duly authenticated copy of the Will,-
the Petition for Probate and the Order admitting them to probate
in the proper court of the domiciliary state have been filed herein
~ by the Petitioner, it is -
ADJUDGED that the authenticated copy of the Last Will and
Testament of CAROLYN L. ALSOP, deceased is admitted to probate
according to law, as and for the last will of the decedent.
DONE AND ORDERED AT Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
