PETITION FOR DISCHARGE ~
The undersigned, as Personal Representative of the above
estate, alleges;
1. The decedent, CORA M. RUFF,. a resident of St. Lucie County,
Florida, died on January 17, 1979, and Letters of Administration were
issued to Petitioner on March 27, 1979.
2. Petitioner files herewith a final accounting containing
a complete report of all receipts and disbursements since the commence-
ment of administration of this estate, attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making
payment, settlement or other disposition of all claims and debts that
were presented, and by paying or making provision for the payment of all
taxes and expenses of administration.
4. The amount of compensation paid or to be paid to the Per-

j sonal Representative, attorney, accountant, appraisers or other agents
employed by the Personal Representative are set forth in the Final Ac-
counting attached hereto.

5. Petitioner has filed ail required estate tax returns with
the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenus of the
State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this Court evidence of
the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for both Federal and
Florida estate taxes, if any.
_ 6. Petitioner has made distribution of the assets of this
estate as set forth in the Final Accounting attached hereto, and acknow-
ledged by Receipts from beneficiaries, which are attached hereto and

made a part hereof, being sole beneficiaries of decedent.
7. The only persons, other than Petitioner, having an inter-
